Looking back at Covid in Trinidad: A 7 day Review

Given that the world now has over 1 million coronavirus cases, it seems prudent to reflect on the trends observed in our twin island republic over the past seven (7) days.
Any attempt to extrapolate trends (Comorbidities, Age, Mortality rate etc) at this point would be sub-judice, as a plethora of data is being gathered, and this is currently incomplete.
Here we dissect the numbers via charts:

Overall breakdown: a climb in cases, but thankfully not an exponential one!

Measures have been instituted to curb the spread (border closure, social distancing, advised self quarantine) as we aim to keep our parallel health services from becoming overwhelmed, as has happened to healthcare systems worldwide.
