We haven't done one of these in a while, so I thought we'd delve into some Endocrine draft and do a deep dive.
First up, the Thyroid Axis

Negative feedback drives this system, so TSH regulates T3/4 and vice versa.
Next up is the Adrenal Axis

ACTH to Cortisol and Aldosterone and vice versa.
Now we examine how this affects our patients:

This is the Wayne's Index, a clinical scoring system for HYPERthyroidism. By flipping a few pluses and minuses, it can also apply to Hypothyroidism too. Pretty straightforward.
I'm giving y'all a table with Etiologies of HYPERthyroidism, so you have to make one for Hypo:

Lastly, I'm leaving you with a comparison of Addison's and Cushing's. Basically HypoAdrenalism and HyperAdrenalism, so to nap it out just think of their target organs and the effects they have on them.

Curve ball question: what's the difference between Cushing's syndrome and Cushing's disease?
